We are seeking a talented and motivated Creator Success Manager to join our team. As a Creator Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our community of content creators and ensuring their success on our Sponsorships platform. You will collaborate with both creators and campaign managers to drive effective campaigns, build lasting relationships, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with content creators on the platform. Understand their goals and assist in crafting successful campaigns that align with their content.
Campaign Management: Collaborate with campaign managers and creators to plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns. Ensure that campaigns meet or exceed the set objectives, including ROI, engagement, and conversion goals.
Guidance and Support: Provide creators with guidance on optimizing their content, implementing best practices, and enhancing campaign performance. Address their questions, concerns, and challenges promptly.
Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from creators and advertisers to continuously improve the platform's functionality, features, and user experience. Advocate for necessary changes or enhancements.
Creator Onboarding: Assist new creators in onboarding to the platform, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring they have the necessary resources to be successful.
Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and suggest strategic adjustments to maximize ROI for creators and advertisers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in account management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for ensuring creator success.
- Knowledge of the influencer marketing space is a plus.
