Summary
You will be part of the Corporate Development team, whose goal is to grow Deel through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and new strategic projects.
Your role will focus on the design and execution of these strategic projects, including post-acquisition integrations.
Our team is working directly with the CFO and co-founder of Deel, and has constant exposure to C-level.
Duties:
Post Merger Integration:
You will coordinate between HR, product, finance and operational teams to plan the integration strategy of our different acquisitions.
You will oversee the execution of the integration strategy, and work with different stakeholders to drive the process.
For this, you will work under the supervision of a Director of our team who executed previous post merger integrations.
Strategic projects:
You will manage strategic projects, from start to finish, on key business priorities.
For these projects you will identify opportunities, scope projects, and drive their cross-functional implementation.
You will interact internally with all the relevant stakeholders.
You will support different teams and projects across the company from a strategic and business perspective, by either:
Bringing alignment between different departments on key matters.
Bringing new insights and solutions from processing large sets of information
M&A projects:
You may from time to time, and depending on availability, support M&A activities (pre-integration): identify acquisition opportunities, perform market and competitive landscape research, work on the creation of materials for strategic business reviews.
Qualifications:
This role is offered at the Manager or Senior Manager level based on a candidate’s demonstrated skills, track-record, as well as length and relevance of experience.
5-8+ years experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, or
5+ years of experience in a in a fast paced scale up in special projects, business operations, or any strategic role
Previous PMI experience is a plus, but is not required.
Solid track record of achievement - e.g. you have worked in a top tier company/startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities or have won competitive awards

You have a get things done attitude, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty to get projects implemented.
You are autonomous, owner of your scope, and able to navigate and operate independently in a fast-paced global environment
