Job description

Account Sales Representative

Join one of Indiana's top-performing teams as an Account Sales Representative in our fast-growing Pacific Northwest branch. This Business-to-Business role offers a performance-based compensation plan, flexible hours, and no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Position Highlights

  • Engage directly with business owners to introduce Aflac's voluntary healthcare and employee benefits.

  • Build new business through company leads, networking, referrals, and outreach to CEOs, business owners, and HR managers.

  • Provide presentations and information demonstrating Aflacs ability to enhance employer benefits.

  • Assist clients with enrollment and offer ongoing support to existing policyholders.

  • Cultivate lasting relationships through dedicated client service.

Qualifications

  • Management and sales experience a plus (but not required)

  • Finance or insurance experience is beneficial, but not necessary

  • Positive attitude, professional presence, and commitment to helping others

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

  • College degree preferred
