Could you be our new Senior Finance Partner (FTC)? Are you?

  • A fully qualified accountant (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience in finance.
  • Highly conversant in  accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling using Excel.
  • Experienced in finance business partnering within complex organizations or departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced functions), Power BI for data visualization, and PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
  • Experienced in partnering with and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams across various levels of an organization.
  • A strong presenter, with the ability to convey financial insights in a clear and compelling manner to non-finance stakeholders..
  • An excellent communicator – able to convey complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

Your new role:

  • In collaboration with the Business area SMG, develop business plans that drive growth, value and/or increase profitability, grounded in proactively monitored key performance metrics and successful execution of LEAN methodologies.
  • Be a key influencer and advisor to the Business area SMG by connecting strategy with execution and helping drive strategic and operational decisions.
  • Be the pivot between the wider finance team and the Business area SMG providing strong commercial advice on business area activities and by contributing significantly to the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Vice Presidents Group reporting packages.
  • Lead Business Partnering Lean initiatives and transformation projects for the Business area, continuously identifying areas of improvements and proactively implementing and tracking them.
  • Create and implement complex financial models to facilitate short and long range decision making. Present output in a clearly and compelling manner including through Power BI dashboards where appropriate.
  • Prepare detailed analysis of the Business area, demonstrating deep insights into all cost drivers, and the key performance indicators relate to each. Proactively present output to the business and within Finance.
  • Perform cost/benefit analyses with an eye towards healthy ROI; helping business to prioritize projects and investments.
