What Will You Be Doing?

As a Sales Support Executive, your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless journey from initial inquiry to vehicle order completion.

• Process orders proficiently, in both German and English, adhering to our established policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity in data entry tasks.
• Engage with lease companies promptly and professionally via email correspondence.
• Resolve order queries and customer inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate closely with lease companies and our Global Sales Team to address customer issues efficiently.
• Complete annual information security eLearning to uphold compliance with ROI's Information Security Policies.
• Safeguard information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification.
• Uphold awareness of access controls, both physical and logical, and fulfill incident reporting responsibilities.
• Understand the serious implications of non-compliance with ROI's Information Security Policies.

Experience Needed

• Prior experience in data entry/order processing is advantageous.
• Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with LeaseLink and Salesforce would be beneficial, but we're open to training.
