Case Manager, Workers Compensation | Melbourne, VIC

  • Structured & supportive 10 week training program
  • Full time opportunity, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5:00pm
  • Start date 27 January 2025

We currently have opportunities to join our team as a Case Manager, commencing in our Melbourne office on 27 January 2025. This role is the perfect opportunity to commence your career in the Workers' Compensation Industry and bring your passion for customer service to build a meaningful career, where you will be supporting injured workers with their recovery from a workplace injury and provide them with a positive customer experience. As a Case Manager, you will complete a comprehensive 8-week training program, consisting of face-to-face training, online learning, and one on one coaching support to assist with your development throughout the program.

 

During the 10-week program you will learn:

  • The life cycle of a Workers Compensation claim
  • The support that is available to assist an injured worker with their recovery from a workplace injury
  • The support that is available to facilitate return to work activities for an injured worker and their employer
  • How to manage entitlements to medical treatment and weekly payments
  • How to effectively communicate with our customers

 

After the completion of the training program, you will transition to a claims team to manage a portfolio, to support and assist our customers to achieve the best possible outcome. Ongoing transitional assistance will be provided.
