    You will be responsible for corporate engineering across all of our group companies. This is a critical role that drives company operations in collaboration with each group company. Due to the rapid growth of the company and the fast-changing IT market, we are expanding and strengthening the scope of our corporate engineering team and are seeking new members.

    As a fintech company, we are accelerating digital transformation (DX) across all group companies. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including planning and implementing SaaS integrations, information security measures, infrastructure management, and user support, with a particular focus on leading service desk operations. Your duties will include onboarding and offboarding support, device and account management, processing various requests, and managing post-implementation follow-up for new SaaS introductions. Additionally, you will work to enhance the value of the service desk, focusing on speed, self-resolution rates, and operational efficiency.

    We welcome individuals who are eager to deepen their knowledge of new technologies in a fast-growing company, who communicate with hospitality toward internal members, and who resonate with concepts like "modern IT management" and "DX."

Conditions / Benefits

Annual Salary: 4.2M - 6M JPY

  • Salary adjustments: Twice a year
  • Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
  • Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).

Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

  • Depending on the position/grade, it will fall under flextime, specialist discretionary labor system, or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
  • The above-mentioned hours are the standard, and employee determinations may vary.
  • Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
  • The flextime system does not have a core time.
