Senior Motion Designer

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creativity, along with the ability to communicate visually compelling stories. You will play a key part in shaping the look and feel of our multimedia projects, using your skills to connect with audiences through engaging motion and design.

What you will do:

• Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for various multimedia platforms, utilizing your expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard tools to bring concepts to life;
• Brainstorm, storyboard, and design narratives that align with project goals;
• Actively engage in concept development with the technical team and present ideas, incorporating feedback and new techniques;
• Keep up with industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve skills;
• Ensure alignment with brand and style guidelines, maintain high-quality standards for all visual elements, and pay attention to composition, color, and visual balance across projects;.Work seamlessly with other designers, editors, and stakeholders to share a cohesive vision, adapting to feedback and contributing to a positive, productive creative process;

Experience and skills you need to join us:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or equivalent work experience;
• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics skills;
• Proficiency in motion design software, including but not limited to Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro;
• Proficiency in graphic design, keen eye for detail, strong visual composition skills, and expertise in industry-standard design tools;
• Strong storytelling skills with a deep understanding of narrative principles and the ability to craft compelling stories;
• Open to exploring new tools and techniques, with a passion for staying up-to-date and adapting to project-specific requirements including generative AI;
• Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context;
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with other creatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes through teamwork and shared vision;
• Proactive in taking ownership of your work, with the confidence to suggest new ideas, improve processes, and provide clear direction within your areas of responsibility;
• Fluency in Polish and English (you will attend meetings with English-speaking clients).

It would be great if you also have:

• Awareness of social media trends and platforms, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest design and motion trends to create content that resonates with modern audiences;
• Basic knowledge of sound editing to enhance motion graphics with complementary audio;
• Familiarity with generating assets using Stable Diffusion or other AI pipelines/models/software;
• Experience working on interactive projects or animations for web and app experiences;
• Knowledge of animating user interfaces to create intuitive and engaging user experiences;
• Familiarity with 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender;
• Ability to create original illustrations for your animations.
