The Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be instrumental in building and optimising logistics processes within a scaling company. Working within a small team, you’ll make a significant impact by ensuring smooth global shipments and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role offers substantial responsibility and the chance to directly contribute to our growth, from managing supplier relationships to refining stock and delivery operations. With plenty of opportunities for personal growth, this role can expand as we scale, providing a solid foundation for long-term career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating shipments around the world between our manufacturer, transportation, 3PL, and customers.
  • Act as central contract point for logistics issues escalated by Support.
  • Provide Logistics supplier management: managing and monitoring product stocks and freight/delivery costs, owning relationship with 3PL, and timely tracking of couriers for credits and insurance claims.
  • In general, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors/waste. 
  • Working with our Revenue Operations team to manage stock levels and improve forecasting. 
  • Supporting internal logistics processes that improve customers experience while minimising loss (e.g. training customer-facing teams on logistics tools to speed up responses).
  • Attending QBRs with our logistics partners using data and customer feedback to provide insights.
  • Supporting the design of processes for additional products and returns/warranty requests, aimed at minimising customer effort, and providing feedback to manufacturers and suppliers.

  • Requirements
  • Proven, relevant experience in operations, supply chain and/or logistics. 
  • Proven history of using data to analyse and improve processes and cost efficiency. 
  • Proven history of developing and implementing processes (alone or within a team). 
  • Interested in helping revamp a company’s supply chain and logistics processes, having real ownership of projects and optimising processes from an ESG perspective. 
  • Solution-oriented mentality with proactive and personable communication 
  • Great attention to detail
  • Friendly and personable with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment and small team
