Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts across the US and India. In this role, you will drive our brand’s presence and engagement on social media, supporting both brand awareness and employee recruitment objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional, international teams, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a knack for aligning content with organizational goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) that supports brand awareness and recruitment goals.
    • Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules for both the US and India teams to ensure consistent, aligned messaging.
    • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and recruiting teams to create content that resonates with target audiences, promotes company culture, and attracts top talent.
  • Team Oversight & Coordination
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the social media teams in the US and India, fostering collaboration, creativity, and consistent quality across all content.
    • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, and oversee quality assurance on all posts.
  • Content Creation & Execution
    • Oversee content creation (visuals, videos, copy) that aligns with brand identity and objectives. Occasionally contribute to content creation when needed.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce engaging, high-quality content.
  • Platform Management & Analytics
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize content and improve engagement.
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our strategy fresh and competitive.
  • Employee Engagement & Recruitment
    • Work closely with HR to create and promote content that highlights the company culture, employee stories, and job openings.
    • Engage employees in social media initiatives to amplify brand presence and make company news and events shareable.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B social media experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing international or cross-functional teams.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in social media analytics tools, scheduling platforms (Hubspot), and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker, passionate about social media, and ability to pivot as priorities evolve. Strong understanding of branding, recruitment marketing, and cross-cultural communication nuances.
  • Bonus points for experience in healthcare technology.
