Primary Responsibilities

  • Candidates must be willing to work regular business hours synced with Eastern Standard Time.
  • Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the project/program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved.
  • Key responsibilities include: Developing schedules, Formulating work plans.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Meet with HFP staff as needed.
  • Experience working in an Agile workflow environment.
  • Experience with enhancing and modernizing legacy systems.
  • Experience with financial tracking and reporting required.
  • Experience with research, compilation of findings, and recommendations required.
  • Experience initiating outreach and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams required.
  • Must have demonstrated experience with materials/deliverable creation and editing in plain language. Deliverables include how to guides, step-by-step one pagers, etc.
  • Coordinate training as needed.
  • Assist with documentation and the production of deliverables and artifacts.
  • Assist with documenting standard operating procedures and user guides.
  • Assist with transition activities as needed.
  • Assist with communication management, including plans and documentation, feedback loops, executive briefings, and SharePoint posting.
  • Work with the program managers and any stakeholders to develop workflows, including
  • ServiceNow, form creation and approval, as well as policy and process documentation as identified by the government.
  • Assist with aiding the government in the evaluation and analysis of division and program efficiencies, evaluation of level of effort, costs, demand, or other drivers that may be identified.
  • Support project initiatives led by project managers, working with program staff to develop requirements, timelines, costs, constraints, dependencies, work structures, and implementation planning.
  • Assist in tracking project submission
  • Manage performance metrics in Folio
  • Manage and facilitate meeting planning (weekly team meetings, monthly DITM Meetings, Monthly ITIRB Meetings)
  • Manage Scorecard process.
Requirements
  • BA/BS from an accredited university in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
