Job Title: Remote Product Design & Marketing Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 USD/month

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Product Designer/Marketer who can drive the design and marketing efforts at our client's company. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker experienced in B2B product design who can help shape the user experience, support client presentations, manage website updates, and contribute to overall marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve the user experience of our B2B platform.
  • Develop visually compelling client presentations, enhancing our brand’s credibility and engagement with partners.
  • Maintain and update website content and manage LinkedIn account, ensuring alignment with branding and marketing goals.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including the creation of social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Produce high-quality visuals and marketing collateral using Figma, Canva, and other design tools.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, proposing adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience in B2B product design and marketing, ideally within a SaaS or insurtech environment.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, MS Office, and G-Suite products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing B2B design and marketing work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and enhance marketing performance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress or Webflow).
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track website and campaign performance.
  • Experience with branding and identity development in a professional setting.
