About The Opportunity

The Business Development Manager is responsible for helping Drip find business opportunities and running the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification, to demo, to closing the deal and ensuring a seamless handoff to our onboarding team.

This role is critical to the success of Drip, in growing our customer base and includes sourcing from inbound, outbound, and partner channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build Drip’s customer base through inbound, outbound, and technology partner channels.
  • Actively manage your pipeline and develop strategies to achieve HVC targets for your channels - this includes sourcing your own prospects if sales numbers are falling short.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and integration with strategic technology partners that align with Drip’s vision.
  • Grow Drip’s technology partner referrals through nurturing and expansion of existing partners, as well as prospecting new partners.
  • Create or assist in the creation of collateral that supports sales initiatives.
  • Report on targets with the ability to identify performance drivers.
  • Collaborate with sales team in Denmark to ensure we are meeting team goals.

What You Have Done

  • 4-5 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • At least 2 years closing experience
  • Mentored junior sales team members

  • Zoom Video Screen with the hiring manager- 45min
  • Team Interview - A chance to meet with other members of the team while you learn more about Drip. This will be around 3 hours through Zoom Video.
  • Team Debrief, we will meet to discuss openly about our conversations and share feedback for the hiring manager's final decision. Regardless of outcome, every candidate will get an update from Drip on their interview status quickly.
  • Offer, we will call the candidate that we hope will be the next Dripster hire!

Compensation: $85,000 - $97,000 OTE
