Each month thousands of repair shops, fleets, and owner-operators rely on FinditParts to streamline their part-sourcing efforts and keep their trucks on the road.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Professional to join our team and own the book of business for Reno and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record of high-level success in the heavy duty truck parts industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for each assigned account, visiting prospective and existing customers, and providing excellent customer service to ensure top-notch brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain expansive growth strategies for new and existing accounts
  • Frequently travel for on-site visits to prospective and existing customers
  • Grow revenue within each assigned customer by building and maintaining relationships
  • Train customers how to optimize ordering parts through our various channels
  • Identify threats and investigate solutions to lost business and customer conflicts
  • Partner with cross-functional departments: growth, marketing, and customer service
  • Develop a keen awareness of the competition and competitive products
  • Analyze sales reports to ensure both internal and external targets are achieved

Qualifications

  • Experience working in the automotive or heavy-duty industry required
  • 5 years of Sales and Account Management experience required
  • Proven track record of success in closing sales and exceeding sales targets
  • Must possess a current and valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Compensation & Perks

  • Nevada - based Remote
  • Base Compensation + Commission + equity = up to $250,000 total compensation
  • Travel required - 95%
