Currently, we are actively searching for a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should possess a substantial portfolio showcasing their expertise in the digital realm, acquired through freelance or agency positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, organize, and implement user research projects, including A/B tests, field studies, user surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
  • Understand qualitative research methods to explore user motivations and behaviors.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to develop user-centered designs and features.
  • Bridge the gap between user insights and actionable design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on current interactive design trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the overall success of the product by providing feedback and insights

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a UX Researcher
  • Understand fundamental UX concepts, such as user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
