  • Oversee pricing strategies and ensure price support and quotes are managed within agreed budgets.
  • Promote a positive company image and act as a role model in the marketplace.
  • Facilitate team development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management, ensuring team development and adherence to company policy.
  • Control costs and ensure budgets for recruitment and training are maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and strategic alignment.
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic direction as part of the Operations Committee.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company at key forums.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience at a senior management level, including team management and development.
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales in markets characterised by distribution and downstream demand generation.
  • Strong reputation and extensive networking abilities within the industry, with proven contacts.

  • Experience selling through a project cycle to various customer types with differing needs.
  • Strong technical awareness of buildings, construction methods, building regulations, and standards.
  • Well-rounded understanding of building technology and ability to relate company products to real-world applications.
  • Experience in strategic business development and working closely with marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with specification-led sales environments.

Why join us?
