As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, qualifying prospects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for assisting customers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying prospects for presentation appointments.
  • Taking customer calls and providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Managing the lead flow for all salespeople.
  • Contacting homeowners to confirm their appointments.
  • De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Collaborating with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
  • Documenting all client interaction and communication.
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on all inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and phone experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Computer literate and experience in data entry, MS Outlook, MS Word.
