Personify Health is seeking an Audit Specialist who is both detail-oriented and highly organized, ready to manage and coordinate multiple audits seamlessly. If you’re a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a passion for upholding high standards of compliance, we want you on our team.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

  • Managing & Coordinating Audits: Oversee and schedule multiple audit requests, ensuring smooth operations throughout the audit lifecycle.
  • Acting as the Audit Liaison: Serve as the go-to coordinator between auditors, departments, and external examiners, gathering critical data and ensuring comprehensive support.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Uphold corporate, client, and vendor adherence to standards and regulations, securing NDAs where necessary.
  • Guiding Departments: Collaborate with department managers to appoint subject matter experts and train them on audit protocols and standardized responses.
  • Preparing & Reviewing Documentation: Conduct pre-reviews of requested files, flagging potential issues before submission, and ensuring timely delivery of documents.
  • Reporting & Follow-Up: Analyze findings, communicate results to management, follow up on corrective actions, and conduct subsequent reviews to verify compliance.
  • Tracking & Documentation: Maintain an up-to-date audit tracking database, documenting every step from requests to final outcomes.
  • Timely Responses: Stay proactive and responsive, addressing inquiries within 24 hours.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience.

  • Self-starter who demonstrates sound judgment and can work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Background in healthcare/claims processing is a plus.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from  $41,000 to $55,000.  Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for  health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
