Who are you?

 

The Wellness Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting the HPA Account Teams by providing exceptional operational excellence. This position will involve, collaborating with internal teams, and providing valuable insights to support business growth and client satisfaction.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Manage individual book of business assignments, ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency while supporting the HPA Account Teams in managing various HPA-Wellbeing solutions.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with subject matter experts and other team members to provide effective client support.
  • Address Client Concerns: Collaborate with HPA Account Managers to address client concerns, resolve escalated issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Wellbeing Program Refresh: Support the annual refresh processes, including case submission.
  • Share Program Planning Calendar: Share the annual program planning calendar with HPA Account Teams to positively influence client program participation and engagement.
  • Provide Reports: Distribute monthly aggregate enrollment and engagement reports to HPA Account Teams.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the Wellbeing platform and its features to effectively support HPA Account Teams in alignment with the specific Wellbeing solution offered and outlined in the contract.
  • Contribute to Business Reviews: Assist in preparing annual business reviews by pulling relevant data, collaborating with HPA Account Tams and Strategic Account Executives, and providing insightful recommendations.
  • Support Implementation: Support the implementation process for assigned accounts, including new client and upsell implementations.
  • Internal Client Management tools: Maintain internal client management tools for assigned book of business
  • Ensure timely resolution and attention to routine client requests and questions as communicated by the HPA Account Teams.
  • Complete Special Projects: Perform special projects as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, account management, client operations, or customer service.

  • Previous experience in a software company and/or in the health and benefits space is preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Desire to contribute individually and collectively towards team and company goals.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

  • Project management orientation to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

  • High level of professionalism and positive work behavior.

  • Self-directed and proven ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Atlassian tools preferred, but not required.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $29.00. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
