Job description

How will this role have an impact?

Under the supervision of the Sr. Manager, Network Performance, the Provider Ambassador serves as a liaison between Signify Health and our provider network.  As a Provider Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing relationships, improving communication, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of Signify Health providers.

Logistics:  This role can be fully remote or hybrid in Dallas area

What will you do:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare providers, fostering collaboration and partnership.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing concerns and issues raised by providers, working closely with internal teams to resolve problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Communication: Facilitating clear communication between the Signify Health and providers, disseminating important updates, policies, and relevant information.
  • Safety Champion: Serves as a vital component in responding, documenting and escalating safety incidents. Must be able to use critical thinking and judgment to properly follow the safety incidents protocols
  • Advocacy: Advocating for providers' needs within the organization, ensuring their perspectives are considered in decision-making processes.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborating with providers to identify areas of improvement in service delivery, patient care, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data related to provider feedback, complaint trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with internal departments such as Network Support, Mobile, Education, marketing, operations to ensure seamless coordination and support for providers.
  • Networking: Actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the organization's provider network.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that providers adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies, providing necessary guidance and support.


Other expected duties:

  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure and enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness in addressing provider concerns.
  • Conduct regular connection points with providers as established by the department
  • Act as a representative for the Provider Resolution Team internally and externally, collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and streamlined approach.
  • Advocate on behalf of providers based on valuable feedback, working to address concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Follow the escalation process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues that may impact the delivery of care to members.
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs


What we are looking for: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience
  • 3 or more years of successful professional work experience, with solid time in customer services, preferably in healthcare settings
  • Prior experience in a Signify Health Department strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, with a focus on customer service, provider relations, or a related area
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the team both internally and externally
  • Familiarity with healthcare provider relationships and understanding of industry dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate on behalf of stakeholders and drive positive outcomes
  • Experience in developing and managing programs to enhance stakeholder engagement

The base salary hiring range for this position is $19.00 to $32.00. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
