Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 2+ years experience with cloud services, Experience in a 24x7 managed services environment, Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM systems, Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and system administration.
Key responsabilities:
- Support Azure infrastructure and resolve incidents
- Communicate ticket status and escalate as necessary
- Troubleshoot client IT issues and communicate solutions
- Install and configure client systems in Azure
- Ensure proactive maintenance of the Azure infrastructure
