PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Dentons is looking for a Global Talent Advisory Administrator who will support the talent team to manage the global Human Resources function for team members in over 20 countries! This role will appeal to someone who has exceptional HR administration experience.

If you are someone who is creative, extremely detail oriented, technically savvy and want to make an impact globally, this role is for you! The role will focus on providing accurate, consistent, and high-quality HR administrative support. The incumbent’s duties will involve the full value chain HR services and may not be limited to specific areas of Human Resources.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Data Management: Entering and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Recruitment Support: Assisting with the hiring process, including setting up recruitment events and interviews.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinating new hire orientations and ensuring all necessary processes are followed. Managing offboarding for global employees.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and creating presentations and various communications.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local legislative regulations.
  • Drafting contracts and offer letters for permanent employees and for contractors. Managing contractors contracts across multiple regions.
  • Onboarding, Offboarding and managing employee records on Success Factors.
  • Payroll & benefit administration, providing staff movement & related payroll information, managing sign off, monitoring of statutory compliance & ensuring the end-to-end process is followed.
  • Recon payroll and finance records across multiple countries for audit purposes.
  • Filing documents and all general administration.
  • Assist with performance review processes including compensation increases and bonus preparation
  • HR project implementations - identifying & rolling out HR initiatives
  • Reporting - maintain records & compile statistical reports concerning employee related data such as new hires, transfers, performance appraisals, absenteeism rates, leave management, etc.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced PC literacy and advanced experience with MS Office applications
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Advanced skills and expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Advanced level of English (Business English)

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Human Resources

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 – 6 years advanced experience in the full suite of SAP Success Factors
  • 6 - 8 years HR administration experience in a professional services firm
  • 6 years of payroll experience
  • Advanced level of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Global HR administration experience
  • Advanced level of reporting and maintaining accurate employee records
