We are an innovative female healthtech company on a mission to give women the ability to understand and manage their health from menstruation to menopause. Hertility is the only Government (CQC) approved provider of at-home hormone health, fertility and reproductive health testing as well as telemedicine and clinical treatments, providing expert professional care from start to finish. 

We are seeking an experienced fertility nurse (RN) or Midwife to join our team and play an integral role in our growing company. As a Fertility Advisor you will provide advice and support for patients throughout their fertility journeys including, telephone and video follow ups.

Role Description

  • Be the first point of contact (phone) for clients who meet our telephone follow up criteria such as, abnormal results or requiring further bookings.
  • Conduct video consultations with customers to review their lab reports, provide next steps and referrals. 
  • Provides reassurance and clear next steps to patients who have received potentially distressing results
  • Provides administrative support to book patients in for scans, virtual consultations or in clinic visits
  • Keeps accurate records of client interactions in line with professional practice standards. 
  • Follows Hertility care pathways and protocols
  • You will work in collaboration with a diverse medical team including, nutritionists, nurses, fertility specialists (MDs) and operations and research teams. 
  • This role will include admin in our scanning inbox.  You will respond to all booking emails, scheduling scans and quality check scan reports.
  • In addition to managing the inbox, you will conduct video phones calls for our hormone and fertility call customers. 

Requirements

You’ll be a good fit if: 

  • Registration with the NMC (registration with both the NMC and the INMO would be a bonus!)
  • You are able to act confidently within scope of practice and escalate when needed
  • You have significant experience working in fertility or women’ health
  • You have excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Have a calm and confident demeanour even when delivering potentially distressing news
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with lots of change
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A passion for fertility and women’s health
