Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Bilingual Chinese-English Customer Support Agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, to deliver exceptional service through our email and live chat platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for assisting others and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. In addition to customer service duties, this role includes the responsibility of translating our product materials into Chinese, utilizing designated tools to facilitate this process effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and friendly customer support via email and live chat channels.
  • Translate product documentation into Chinese with accuracy and clarity.
  • Regularly review and moderate translations provided by peers, offering constructive feedback.
