Commercial Finance Partner

Ciklum is looking for a Commercial Finance Partner to join our team full-time in Bulgaria.

About the role:

It is a position for self-organized, professional and highly motivated talents who would like to develop their career in a big international IT company.

Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial side of the new/existing business deals structuring
• Financial modeling: creation and validation of the financial models at pre-sale stage for new and existing clients
• Be right hand and go-to person for our Sales team
• Regular and ad-hoc analysis of performance per account / project, investigating the reasons and providing insights to both Markets and Senior leadership team
• Forecasting & Budgeting: participation in preparation of annual budgets and regular rolling forecasts, work side-by-side with Senior team to coordinate the process; scenario planning; variances reporting
• Monthly reporting: participation in month closing procedures, support and coordination of the data streams in respect of assigned market

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Finance/FP&A, preferably in an international IT company
• Experience working as an Auditor/Consultant in Big 4 is a plus
• Master degree in Finance/Economics or similar; ACCA qualification is a plus
• Strong level of English to provide solid findings delivery
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient user of MS Excel and Google sheets
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure of deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Solid planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and assimilate new information quickly
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
