Job Title: Recruiter
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Recruiter to support our hiring needs across multiple positions, primarily focused on Plumbing Sales and Warehouse Associate roles. The ideal candidate will assist with screening, filtering applications, and setting up in-person appointments with top candidates. This role requires comfort with outbound communications to reach out directly to potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and filter applications received from Indeed.com and other platforms.
  • Set up in-person interviews with top candidates for the hiring manager.
  • Conduct high-volume follow-ups through calls and messaging.
  • Maintain updated records of candidate outreach and responses.
  • Support additional recruiting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in an operational or support role.
  • Familiarity with Indeed.com, LinkedIn, and social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Strong communication skills, with comfort in outbound calling and messaging.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high-volume recruitment tasks.
  • High school diploma or GED required; further education in Human Resources or related fields is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience sourcing candidates through social media and job boards.
  • Background in sales, HR, or customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
