About the Role
As a Social Media Designer, you’ll use your creative talents to craft engaging visual content across all major social media platforms. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our brand’s visual identity through the Social Style Guide and designing a variety of assets that capture our audience's attention and drive engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Create social assets for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Adhere to and maintain the Social Style Guide in Figma
  • Design diverse assets such as monthly seasonal engagement posts, holiday posts, and social-exclusive contest logos
  • Develop launch and countdown content for SuperPrizes, including 12 images for launch over 10-12 weeks and 38 images for countdown
  • Design weekly Grand Prize assets, generating about 100 images each month
  • Tackle miscellaneous projects (25-35 assets/month) including Canva templates, app promotions, and scam prevention materials
  • Design merchandise such as Prize Patrol t-shirts, hats, and tote bags
  • Route creatives through internal reviews with Creative, Marketing, and Legal/Contest teams
  • Manage tight deadlines and effectively communicate required changes
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Strong english skills (B2)
