Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a dynamic Technical Support Agent who’s not just skilled but passionate
about making technology work for people. You’ll be the go-to expert for our clients and sales
agents, helping them navigate technical hurdles with ease and ensuring their experience
with us is seamless.

What You'll Do:
  • Solve Complex Issues with Precision: Provide timely and thorough support via phone and email, diagnosing issues and guiding customers through solutions in a way that feels effortless to them.
  • Own the Process: Dive into troubleshooting hardware, software, and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems that go beyond the ordinary.
  • Shape Our Future: As the voice of the customer, your insights will play a critical role in how we evolve our product and processes. You’ll be the bridge between customer feedback and innovative change.
  • Push Boundaries: Identify areas for improvement in our current systems and processes, making recommendations that keep us ahead of the curve.

  • Monday – Friday
  • 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
