Key Responsibilities:

Destination Advisory and Client Support:

• Respond to client inquiries, offering expert advice on destinations, activities, and accommodations.
• Match clients with the best travel options based on their preferences and interests.
• Assist with the booking of flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.

Custom Travel Itineraries:

• Develop unique and personalized itineraries that reflect the client's travel goals and budget.
• Work with vendors to arrange reservations, special requests, and itinerary changes.

Documentation and Financial Management:

• Ensure all necessary travel documentation is organized and accurate.
• Collect payments, process transactions, and issue travel vouchers.

Troubleshooting and Travel Assistance:

• Resolve issues that arise during travel, coordinating with service providers to offer timely solutions.
• Provide support for unexpected changes, such as flight delays or accommodation problems.

Destination Research and Product Knowledge:

• Keep up-to-date with trends, events, and updates for your specific destinations.
• Regularly research new activities, hotels, and experiences to enhance client offerings.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain a thorough record of client interactions and travel bookings.
• Ensure all travel documents are prepared and delivered on time.
