Job description

  • Be a member of a media company based in New Zealand, collaborating with Filipino and multinational staff from diverse cultural backgrounds.

  • PHP 30,000/month
 

Work Conditions

  • The offer is inclusive of Internet allowance and equipment.
  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday. 
  • Required to work during PH holidays.

About the Role

Reporting to their Support Manager based in New Zealand, you are responsible for managing the daily generation of distribution and delivery documentation while ensuring all critical processes are completed within agreed timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily critical processing, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain staff rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels for task completion.
  • Oversee importing and processing of third-party publications, including newspapers and magazines.
  • Consult with Sales Operations and Advertising on page size and inserts.
  • Liaise with Print Production to ensure documentation meets required weights and pagination.
  • Administer daily system processes and monitor automation.
  • Ensure the accuracy of delivery website data and report errors to the appropriate team.
  • Provide superior internal customer service through effective communication channels.
  • Identify opportunities for automation or process streamlining.
  • Complete additional tasks that support department objectives.


Ideally, you’ll have the following qualifications and experience 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administration and system use, where attention to detail and reliability are essential.
  • Advanced English skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel. 
  • Experience in team communication including managers and external stakeholders.
  • Openness to repetitive work and driven by data and numbers. 
  • You are a team worker, a leader, and love to share your ideas. 
  • Commitment to personal growth and adaptability in dealing with change.
  • You are very detail-oriented, like to find mistakes, and are not afraid of communicating them to your colleagues/managers.
