  • Collaboration: Interact with Judges, law clerks, and other staff attorneys to engage in meaningful discussions on legal matters, address questions, and ensure the Court's decisions are well-informed and just.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread the written work product of other staff attorneys and edit orders and opinions drafted by judicial law clerks to maintain the highest standards of legal accuracy and professionalism.
  • Legal Research: Stay current with recent developments in the law, and when appropriate, consult with fellow staff attorneys on legal matters to enhance the Court's legal expertise.
  • Professional Development: Attend professional development training relevant to the job to continually expand your legal knowledge and skills.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate with the Division Director and contribute to special projects as requested, offering your legal insight and expertise to support the Court's objectives.
