Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Client Onboarding Specialist at CareMetx, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients fully understand and utilize our prior authorization solution to improve practice efficiency and patient access to treatments. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to PX Technology’s prior authorization solution.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor the onboarding process accordingly.
- Provide comprehensive training sessions to medical practice staff on our prior authorization software.
- Guide clients through the setup and configuration of the software, addressing any technical issues that arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to resolve any client concerns promptly.
- Ensure all necessary data and system integrations are completed accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the software.
- Gather client feedback and provide insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of the onboarding process, including client-specific configurations and training materials.
- Reports on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and any issues encountered to the Director of Account Management.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by management.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles, preferably in the healthcare or software industry.
- Experience with prior authorization processes and medical practice administration is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Technical proficiency with software implementation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
