This is a remote position.

Philippine-based (Filipino) applicants only.

IMPORTANT: To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in WordPress, HTML/CSS, basic knowledge SEO and Active Campaign. 

An amazing opportunity to work with a leading dynamic Australian company for a talented and innovative experienced Web Developer Virtual Assistant.

Candidates must have a demonstrated understanding of Web Development with specialties in WordPress to improve website performance & e-commerce conversions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Writing efficient code
  • Creating websites/a website using standard HTML/CSS practices
  • Working closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website
  • Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation
  • Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built
  • Understand the business requirements and technical specifications
  • Develop applications according to the technical specifications
  • Assist in the resolution of issues discovered during testing and in production
  • Constantly innovate
  • Drive early adoption of artificial intelligence tools to enhance user experiences and sell more products

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (+)
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Must have at least 3-year experience in Web Development
  • Experience in building websites for e-commerce is required
  • A strong understanding and experience with WordPress is a must
  • Working knowledge in the following:
    • WordPress
    • HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Server architecture
  • Thorough functional knowledge and coding experience
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation
  • Sound knowledge of artificial intelligence tools that could be used with the website and throughout the business to create efficiencies.
Benefits
1.  Monthly Salary: Php50,000
2.   Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3.   You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4.   Probation: 6 months and after Probation            
  •           10 days annual leave credits      
  •            5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Laptop provided after 30 days
8. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
9. Annual Appraisal
10. SHIFT TIMES: 6am to 3pm Philippine time, Monday to Friday
