The Dallas Chemical Center Operations Team is responsible for comprehensive supply chain management for our semiconductor manufacturing customers. This service requires relationships with hundreds of high purity chemical and gas suppliers and the management of those chemicals for the duration of their supply chain journey, from manufacturing to installation.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsibilities
Manage a team of approximately 10 employees responsible for providing semiconductor industry customers with a continuous supply of chemicals and gases through management of suppliers and on-hand inventory.
Provide resources for procurement of pass-through and manufacturing chemicals and gases for customers sourced out of the Dallas Chemical Center
Review, approve, and provide feedback on the inventory planning team's ordering practices, purchase orders and supplier/customer interactions.
Manage suppliers to meet business objectives, communicate Air Liquide and customer expectations, KPIs, and establish/maintain positive business relationships.
Manage internal and external customers, including leading forecast meetings, troubleshooting and resolving issues, processing special orders, and avoiding “out-of-stock” conditions.
Maintain and update regulatory chemical compliance module in Oracle and daily reporting, provide input to hazardous material inventory reporting practices
Act as local Oracle system super user, including identifying/implementing system enhancements and providing support for quick resolution of system issues
Enter new ITR(s) for system enhancement and provide needed testing support during the development
Partner with the AP/SCM/Purchasing teams in Houston to coordinate quick resolution for invoice and supplier issues
Support and help maintain compliance with laws, codes, and internal industrial management systems as it pertains to hazardous material inventory control.
Represent Air Liquide at Supplier performance reviews held by our customers.
Ensure all Quality Events, both Internal and External adhere to Air Liquide’s set closure goals, and manage and improve our supplier quality management system.
Support all HSEQ’s audits, inspections, and actions needed for onsite safety onsite
Support special projects and new business as required
Manage the completion of periodic reporting, inventory cost turns, and expired products
Maintain a proactive approach to identifying risks and advising on solutions to avoid or mitigate risks in daily operations
Establish and maintain a performance management program for a team of approximately 10 employees using existing performance management tools.
Support cross-training and employee career development initiatives
Meet or exceed all company safety procedures and standards and maintain proactive safety leadership
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for work processes
Identify process improvements to improve the efficiency of operation, maintaining a team approach to continuous improvement
Maintain a 5S program for applicable work areas.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business, accounting or related field OR equivalent work experience
5+ years experience working in Supply Chain or related function, preferably within the semiconductor industry
Prior people management experience preferred
Excellent communication (written, oral, and presentation) skills with demonstrated experience leading customer meetings
Expert Oracle inventory management skills
Demonstrated customer service mindset and prioritizing customer satisfaction
Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite applications
Strong problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
Power BI experience preferred
Demonstrated business acumen
The Salary rate range for this position in Texas is $100,000.00 to $110,000.00
