Based at our Bangalore office, you will manage many exciting projects, predominantly across NAR, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall delivery of our CI&I business for our Medical Device Integration, Systems Integration, and Enterprise Interoperability portfolios.

  • Execution: Ensure that all required materials, resources, and activities are ordered, planned, and executed on time. Conduct regular project plan reviews with internal and external stakeholders. Manage and communicate project risks and issues, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

  • Project Reviews: Conduct pre and post calculation project reviews, including project "Lessons Learnt". Organize the execution of the installation and required user training. Manage the transition from project execution to closure and business service support.

  • Pre-Sales Process: Partner closely with Sales and Key Account Management teams during the pre-sales process. Conduct site assessments to understand the local situation and customer needs.

You're the right fit if:

  • Skills: Experience in contract and risk management, a solid understanding of the supply chain process, and working with large cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation, conflict, and stakeholder management experience, and excellent communication skills.

  • Software Literacy: High level of software literacy across MS Office suite, Salesforce, MS Project, MS Visio, and Financial Force.
