Under general supervision, support the commercial loan function across Corporate Banking, Consumer and Business Banking, Community Markets, Private Banking and Specialized lines of business. Responsible for key components of credit process including financial statement spreading, Personal Cash Flow preparation and maintenance, Due Diligence report ordering, covenant compliance monitoring verifications, portfolio management tickler maintenance and issue research and resolution.
This person will also:
Prepare financial statement spreadsheets of commercial borrowers utilizing internal software program provided.
Update customer monitoring for receipt of required periodic financial statements and covenant compliance documentation.
Order various credit reports for Due Diligence or other research as requested.
Respond to Trade Credit References.
Review credit approval for proper set-up of monitoring requirements for correctness. This includes input of annual review dates, financial statement dates, policy exceptions, conditions of approval, appraisal data and other information required to properly monitor new and existing loan facilities.
Image/attach submitted documents to the on-line file.
Prepare personal cash flow for borrower/guarantors by spreading personal tax returns and uploading to spread program.
