Job description

L‑ISA was born of the union between a team of sound engineers from the performing arts, professional audio equipment designers and experimental research engineers in acoustics and signal processing. 

Together, they have introduced new concepts for professional sound reinforcement to provide the creators of music, designers and sound engineers with a platform for three-dimensional sound creation. 

 

This team is looking to on-board a new talent. Someone who will be an ambassador, a trainer, a creative & tech profile. If you are passionate about live sound and talented in these fields of expertise, this job is for you. 

 

  • Maintain and manage our demo spaces, built around the latest audio technologies 

  • Conduct trainings, demos and technical support for L-ISA mixing tools 

  • Assist and facilitate the work of guest mixing engineers for live events 

  • Record and mix audio content in the L-ISA 23.1 format, for certain productions 

  • Demos and technical support for L-ISA mixing tools 

 

Skills & Experience 

 

Core Skills 

  • Excellent knowledge of ProTools, Nuendo, Reaper (session creation, editing, mixing, exports) 

  • Good track record in mixing live events and commercial audio records 

  • Experience with Network Audio (AVB, Dante) 

  • Good knowledge of MIDI / OSC integration 

  • Fluent English, Mandarin is a big plus 

  • Good communication skills 

  • Windows and Mac environment 

 

Bonus skills 

  • Audio programming skills (MaxMSP, PureData) 

  • OSC programming (Lemur, TouchOSC, Qlab) 

  • Surround sound mixing (5.1, Dolby Atmos, Ambisonics)
