About the Team
The People Operations team is responsible for managing key People activity that support the entire employee lifecycle covering 15 countries by delivering Payroll management, onboarding, offboarding, benefits management and administration, immigration support and ensuring that all people policies are up to date ensuring compliance with any local labor laws.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People Operations and Reward you will ensure that systems and processes are in place to support the business while providing efficient effective administrative and management support relating to benefits.
Benefits Management & Vendor Relations
Collaborate with benefit brokers and external partners to evaluate, negotiate, and renew benefit programs.
Assist in the review and selection of benefit plan designs, providing insights and recommendations based on benchmarking and market trends.
Manage relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and suppliers to ensure service levels are met and costs are controlled.
Stay current with trends, best practices, and changes in regulations regarding employee benefits.
Benefits Administration
Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, wellness programs, and other perks.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, guiding them through enrolment, claims, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with any local regulations regarding employee benefits.
Support the annual open enrolment process, working closely with HR and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate communication.
Payroll Processing
Oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with all payroll laws and regulations.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure payroll-related transactions are paid while accurately reported and reconciled.
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, acting as a liaison between employees and payroll in country payroll partners.
Ensure that all payroll records, deductions, and taxes are processed and maintained in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Immigration and Compliance
Manage immigration-related processes, including handling visa applications, renewals, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company policies.
Liaise with legal teams and immigration agencies to support international employees and resolve any immigration-related challenges.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and records related to employees’ immigration statuses, ensuring compliance with work authorisations and visa timelines.
Total Rewards & Compensation Benchmarking
Conduct regular compensation benchmarking studies to ensure competitive salary structures and benefit offerings.
Analyse compensation data and provide recommendations for salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs.
Develop and communicate total rewards packages to employees, highlighting the value of both monetary and non-monetary benefits.
Collaborate with HR leadership to support the development of long-term compensation strategies that align with the company’s goals and employee retention efforts.
About You
You will be results driven, ensuring all payroll and benefit deadlines are met.
You will have proven experience in compensation and benefits management and administration, or a similar people function role.
Expertise in salary benchmarking including job evaluation and market analysis is desirable.
Strong knowledge of current employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Advanced skills in data analysis using tools like Excel.
Workday experience desirable.
You will have a strategic mindset with the ability to balance business goals with employee satisfaction.
You will be able to negotiate with benefit brokers and suppliers directly on benefit premiums.
