About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our end-to-end testing automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing manual test cases, analyzing test results, and managing test operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing, Jenkins job execution, and troubleshooting, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the product's functionality and reliability.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute manual test cases for end-to-end testing scenarios, ensuring thorough validation of the product's functionality and usability.

  • Manage test operations by setting up and executing Jenkins jobs, monitoring test runs, and analyzing results for reliability, and accuracy.

  • Analyze test failures, investigate root causes, and work with engineers to resolve issues, including framework issues and functional bugs.

  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the automation and development teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and use cases, translating them into effective test plans and cases.

  • Provide detailed reports on test execution results, issues found, and areas needing improvement, with a focus on product quality and customer experience.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process by identifying opportunities to optimize manual testing efforts or incorporate automation where possible.

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.

  • Strong experience with Jenkins job execution for running and managing test pipelines. Ability to analyze test results, investigate issues, and troubleshoot test failures effectively.

  • Proficiency in using test management tools (e.g., TestRail/Xray) and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira).

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing.

  • Familiarity with basic scripting or automation tools for enhancing manual testing efficiency. - Experience working in an Agile development environment.

  • Exposure to CI/CD processes and tools like Bamboo, Git, or similar.
