Bizzabo is looking for a skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our amazing global Operations team. We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and positive person with strong project management skills able to organize their work. Join our dynamic operations department, where we streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive growth. This role will be responsible for supporting Bizzabo’s Go-To-Market teams by optimizing sales process, sales forecasting and planning, analyzing communications, CRM data, and team performance metrics and conducting enablement in accordance with internal policies and sales playbooks.

Requirements

What you will be doing:


Sales Process Optimization:

  • Develop, document, and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and recommend solutions to streamline operations.


Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Create and manage sales performance dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze key sales metrics to provide actionable insights to sales leadership and recommend strategies for improvement.


Sales Forecasting and Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and territory plans.
  • Assist in the annual and quarterly sales planning process, including quota setting and territory alignment.


Sales Enablement:

  • Work with the sales leadership team to ensure sales reps have the tools, resources, and training needed for success.
  • Support onboarding and continuous training programs for the sales team.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align on goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure smooth communication and process handoffs.


Technology Management:

  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technology to improve team productivity.
  • Ensure all sales tools are integrated and working efficiently within the technology stack.


CRM Management:

  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.


Who you are:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Sales QA, Sales Operations.
  • You have excellent verbal and written English. 
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively. with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and positive-minded approach to work.
  • You participated in automating or optimizing business processes you owned.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce or similar system), BI tools, or other sales tools (Gong, Salesloft, Zoominfo).
