Department Overview
The Software Enterprise Cloud and Network Provisioning Services (C&NPS) is the team that delivers solutions to the public safety sector. We are committed to providing technology and tools which will allow customers to focus on their mission, and enable them to respond faster with smarter and safer decisions. We deploy and support cloud based products that assist with situational awareness, community interaction, and digital evidence management, among other offerings.
Job Description
The C&NPS organization develops and delivers services that enhance a customer's user experience through consulting and managed services. With our teams’ vast Public Safety Experience, our experts bring real-world knowledge to our software solutions. Our goal is to assist customers in user adoption and enable the most efficient use of their software investment. Helping the customer understand the power of the end-to-end workflow, through structured service offers or customer-specific consultation, our consultants empower customer decision-making based on their desired operational outcomes.
Provides workflow investigation and advice to customers on how products in the Motorola Solutions Software Enterprise portfolio can be integrated into an agency. Helps an agency identify how to use the products and leverage the features. Enable product features to achieve the agency's desired outcomes. Shows an agency how a product fits into their agency workflow and/or helps them amend their workflow to support usage of the new software tools.
Qualifications:
Process and solution expert with Public Safety experience
Expertise in implementing strategic goals and driving user adoption
Knowledge of Motorola products and solutions
Ability to understand and educate others on end-to-end workflows and demonstrate the value of software within the workflow
Business analysis experience
Ability to work with customers to streamline processes related to data collection and data retrieval
Knowledge of and experience in strategic, tactical, intelligence, and operations of Public Safety Agencies including Police, Emergency Services, Dispatch, Crime Analysis, Records, Jail, and overall business operations
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Understanding of Public Safety policies and procedures
Technical understanding of how software products work end-to-end
Good time management and organization
Bachelor's degree - desired
The ability to work closely with others as part of a team
Proven leadership skills
Proven experience in managing requirements
Must be able to travel 25% - 50% through the US
This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.
This position is subject to working in high-security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.

Basic Requirements
3+ years experience in one of the following: Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD- Computer Aided Dispatch, Record Management Systems, and/or Jail Applications.
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
