Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Applied Epic Configuration Analyst to join our teamThe ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to proficiently research and resolve Epic Configuration issues and requestsIn this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and completing Epic Configuration requests in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to SLA expectations, and confirming logical configurations. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Research and resolve Epic Configuration issues within SLA guidelines. 

  • Analyze and complete Epic Configuration requests promptly, evaluating the logical coherence of each request to ensure accuracy and functionality. Adhere to approval guidelines before implementing configuration updates. 

  • Maintain Excel Configuration Workbooks to accurately document configured settings in Epic, facilitating transparency and accountability in configuration management. 

  • Contribute to the Configuration Manual by documenting nuances, tips, and best practices learned during the configuration process, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. 

  • Collaborate with team members to address unique and challenging configuration requests, conducting thorough research before seeking assistance to demonstrate proactive problem-solving and analytical skills. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Familiarity with Applied Epic configuration setups. 

  • Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a dedication to precision and excellence. 

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and SLA requirements. 

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, adept at both independent work and collaboration within a team setting. 

  • This position will occasionally work on Saturdays to provide Configuration support during Go Lives. 

 

Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, or equivalent application management experience 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel 

  • Experience using Applied Epic across one or more lines of business a plus 

  • Familiarity with Monday.com boards and MS Teams a plus
