Main Responsibilities

  • Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests
  • Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to customers and offering advice on colour, fit, style and silhouette to best suit their needs
  • Promote key styles/new arrivals and bestselling products to drive sales and conversion in-store to achieve sales targets
  • Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure all merchandize are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the sales floor
  • Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
  • Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take/stock count exercises.
  • Cashiering duties managing the POS system to process payments, and process as any mall loyalty cards/vouchers
  • To assist in processing and handling customer online returns/exchanges in-stores
  • Establish rapport with potential and current customers to build strong regular customer base.
  • Responsible for adhering to SOP for store maintenance, visual merchandising excellence, and housekeeping duties.
  • Work with the store manager to drive sales performance

Hours

  • Full-time: 45 hours per week, 5 days work week, morning and/or afternoon shifts/Fullshift
  • All staff must be able to work on weekends/public holidays

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion/ retail company.
  • No working experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply!
  • Minimum SPM/ Diploma holder in Retail Management/Fashion or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/ written English and Malay/ Mandarin.
