Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to...

  • Source, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate top-level talent in the Development/IT field.
  • Create sourcing strategies with recruitment partners and managers to meet short- and long-term hiring needs.
  • Manage job postings on Quantrics' website, recruitment portals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Introduce and supervise candidate testing as part of the interview process.
  • Understand programming concepts and terminology.
  • Assess the competence of candidates based on technical job descriptions and testing.
  • Organize and execute job fairs, job caravans, open house recruitment, and employee referral events.
  • Attend regular meetings with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the DOD project.
  • Build a strong technical talent pipeline and establish a comprehensive reporting structure for visibility and updates.
  • Create reports and presentations for hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in technical conventions and network with IT professionals.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:

You will be a great fit on our team if you have the following:

  • Ability to understand technology and programming.
  • 2+ years of technical and corporate recruitment experience is preferred.
  • College graduate or higher education is an asset.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, ASP.NET, and software development tools like iOS and Android.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with individuals at all levels.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, including interpersonal and client presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to work full-time hours in a 24/7 operation. Shifts may vary based on requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
