Overview:

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Global Markets department is looking for a Senior Associate Director for Texas to join its team!

 

The Senior Associate Director for Texas will play an integral role on the North America Global Markets team, leading and executing high-impact activities and marketing to provide strong brand awareness and drive increased recruitment throughout the Lonestar state. The position will be based in Texas, USA (ideally in a major metro area) and will be part of IE’s regional team based in Miami, FL, reporting directly to the Director of IE’s Miami Center.

We are looking for a person to join a remote full-time position based in Texas.

Responsibilities:

Your role as a Senior Associate Director for Texas will involve:

 

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Undergraduate and Masters degree programs with a special focus on Texas. Use data and tech tools to make strategic decisions about strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and build relationships with key stakeholders and partners with the goal of brand building and recruitment.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads and student enrollment in North America, with a special focus on Texas.
  • Plan and execute both large and small-scale recruitment activities including, but not limited to, High School and University visits, University and Graduate Fairs, Conferences, Other Presentations and Informative Sessions.
  • Participate and contribute to the overall business development strategy for Texas and North America as a whole.
Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

 

  • US Work Authorization
  • MBA or Master’s Degree.
  • 5+ years professional experience. Business development and/or marketing experience preferred. Experience in higher education a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, digital marketing, and market research strongly preferred.
  • Good team player that enjoys working within an innovative global team.
  • Native or Professional fluency in English required. Spanish strongly preferred, but not required.
  • This role is a remote position based in Texas (Preferable in Houston, Austin, Dallas or San Antonio) with travel required throughout Texas and occasional national or international travel.
