About The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating enterprise features and functionalities that deliver high-quality experiences for marketing leaders and their teams. Based on an understanding of our customers' needs, you'll design delightful solutions, test them with customers, and work with your PM and Engineers to bring them to life. Throughout, you'll find creative solutions, use your skills and experience to inspire, ultimately find the best solution, and then measure to see if your solutions were successful.

This fully remote role reports to the VP of Design and is open to candidates anywhere in the continental US.
What you will do at Jasper
Design Engaging User Experiences: Create user experiences from start to finish, including brainstorming sessions, mapping user journeys, developing interactive prototypes, and creating polished visual designs.
Collaborate to Solve Design Challenges: Partner with Product Managers to break down complex problems into effective design solutions, contributing to strategy discussions while focusing on execution.
Incorporate Research and Data: Use research insights and qualitative data to inform design decisions, ensuring that the solutions meet user needs and align with business goals.
Iterate Based on Feedback: Analyze the success of design solutions post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate to continually improve the user experience.
Support Visual Design Consistency: Contribute to the visual design of components and patterns, helping maintain and refine our design system to ensure consistency across products.
Present and Align on Design Work: Present your design work effectively, building alignment across teams and using design as a means to contribute to product direction.
Advocate for Human-Centered Design: Help promote human-centered design principles within the team and across other departments, ensuring empathy and user focus are at the core of all projects.
Collaborate on Strategic Discussions: Participate in discussions that help shape product direction, collaborating closely with product and cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions.
What you will bring to Jasper
5+ years of experience and a portfolio showcasing impactful projects that highlight your design process and contributions.
Strong UX/UI, interaction, and visual design skills, applying a human-centric approach to create meaningful and engaging products.
Ability to understand complex systems and transform sophisticated consumer challenges into simple, engaging features.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with designers, product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data analysts, customer support teams, marketers, and more.
Proven track record of iterating on products post-launch, using user data to evaluate and refine designs.
Bias for action, focusing on impactful work that benefits users and the business.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, ensuring effective teamwork and alignment across different teams.
You have experience in SaaS and delivering software for enterprise customers.
Fluency in commonly used design software and related tools WYSIWYG editors (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS, etc.)
Experience in any document collaboration tools (Notion, Google Docs, OneNote, etc.)
Compensation Range
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range at offer for this role is $159,000 - $187,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
