Compensation
ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $65,000 plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role.

Day to Day Responsibilities
In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas:
- Serves as faculty carrying a 0.5 FTE instructional/teaching expectation.
- Reviews ACE programs and courses within the department and leads the revision process to strengthen courses and alignments as needed.
- Manages planning, data collection, data management, and data reporting related to assessment of student learning outcomes, program review, and external reporting requirements.
- Partners with the regulatory and compliance office for implementation of any state-required policies and completion of required reports.
- Collaborates across departments to obtain and maintain specialized and national program accreditations.
- Creates applications and materials for state approvals and other regulatory affairs.
- Supports students and faculty by producing or assisting with the production of course content and materials as needed.
- Assists with researching opportunities for expanding existing programs and developing new programs within the department.
- Analyzes and reports data to support effective decision-making regarding program quality.
- Participates in department and institutional committees to maintain and increase program strength and efficiencies.
- Upholds ACE policies and procedures and offers feedback and ideas for improvement.
- Works collaboratively to support student and faculty engagement and success.
- Promotes the vision, mission, and culture of the college within and beyond the institution.
- Maintains a professional and technical knowledge of the curricula and industry by participating in educational workshops/seminars, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Serves as a mentor, coach, and observer to new and existing departmental faculty.
- Conducts quality faculty observations consistent with the Pillars of delivery set forth by the college.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Terminal degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate field associated with leadership and administration required.
- Consistent availability for scheduled and impromptu meetings and work activities during regular business hours.
- 5+ years’ experience in higher education teaching and leadership in a virtual educational setting strongly preferred.
- Experience working with state boards, commissions of education, and regional and national accrediting agencies preferred.
- Experience and current licensure as a P-12 district/campus level administrator preferred.
- Experience in successfully developing online/virtual professional relationships.
- Evidence of professional research, creative endeavors, or achievement in practice.
- Capable of interpreting and reporting data to a variety of stakeholders.
- Skill in using Microsoft Office Suite applications proficiently.
- Ability to use or learn how to use appropriate technology, include conferencing and learning management systems.
