Job description

SupportYourApp family is growing, and we have a new opening for the Talent Acquisition Specialist to screen, attract, evaluate and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within our team. You’ll be a part of a goal-oriented team and directly impact the company’s scale.

What you will do:

  • Attract candidates through various job platforms;
  • Advertise open roles on various channels;
  • Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities;
  • Liaise with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs;
  • Conduct different researches;
  • Screen candidates via phone and video;
  • Be an ambassador of SupportYourApp and promote our company’s brand and values.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1+);
  • Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking System;
  • At least 1−3 years of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience;
  • Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions;
  • Desire to advance in IT;
  • Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills;
  • Open, easy-going personality.

Will be a great plus:

  • Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus.
