Join us as a Services Sales Account Executive on our Services Sales team working from our Barcelona office to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact!

Please also note that this is a hybrid office/remote role where you will work at least 3 days per week from our stunning Barcelona office; and 2 days from home.

What you’ll achieve

In this role, you take ownership of the full services sales cycle to drive revenue within Commercial (Midmarket) Accounts in APJ and identify appropriate solutions and services to meet customer needs. As a Services Sales Account Executive Boomi, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.

Your Role:

  • Drive and expand Professional Services revenue and bookings among
  • both new and existing customers.
  • Use consultative selling skills to understand complex customer needs,
  • translating them into tailored service solutions.
  • Collaborate with subscription sales and customer success teams to
  • broaden our platform’s reach and impact.
  • Actively support the development and launch of new services to meet
  • market demands.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a seamless experience.
  • Partner with delivery teams to accurately scope projects and deals.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with both customer goals and company objectives

Your Path to Success Each team member contributes unique strengths to our organization. Here’s what we’re seeking for this role:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience with proven success in services sales, particularly
  • for mid-market accounts (including international experience).
  • Goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding
  • sales targets in a services role.
  • Knowledge of both direct and partner sales models and ability to
  • establish long-term, strategic relationships with stakeholders at various
  • levels.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales)
  • and experience with accurate quota management and forecasting.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and
  • negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present solutions effectively to high-level decision-makers and
  • demonstrate a strong executive presence.

Soft Skills:

  • Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed performance goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the IT services industry.
  • Relevant technical knowledge or certifications in areas such as cloud
  • solutions, integration platforms, or industry-specific software
