We are looking for:
Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG) provides managed services for a large tech video-sharing platform. Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG) provides onsite managed services for a large tech video-sharing platform. We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer/Illustrator to join our team. The Motion Graphics Designer/Illustrator will be required to elevate the caliber of visual design across all requested assets. This is a remote position with 3mos engagement. There is a possibility of extension to Regular Full Time.

 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging visual content for long & short form, educational videos/animations.
  • Collaborate with a team to develop high-quality, creative assets for instructional content. 
  • Showcase a strong understanding and creative application of key design principles.
  • Own creative asset development process from start to finish. 
  • Collaborate with animators and coordinate efficient asset handoffs.
  • Be able to interpret strategy to deliver compelling graphics and visuals to that strategy.  
  • Create graphic elements as needed, and work with appropriate parties to ensure that  design is in sync with brief.  
  • Develop graphics that elevate the brief.  
  • Must demonstrate a high level of graphic understanding across video platforms.  
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to bring requested assets to delivery.  
 

 

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Ability to design static and motion graphics.
  • Minimum of 3 years design experience creating visual and motion graphics.  
  • Experience designing and producing video assets.  
  • Skilled in storyboarding, concepting, and style framing.
  • Strong skills in Adobe After Effects
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver diverse styles for a wide variety of content.  
  • Deep knowledge of social and digital platforms, formats, and best practices.  
  • A high level of attention to detail and an ability to multitask with fast turnaround times.  
  • Passionate about video content, hyper-knowledgeable about motion graphics.  
  • Figma experience is valuable.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
 
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annually depending on experience.
